Upward sells custom ERP and CRM to enterprise buyers who vet a vendor on paper before any call. The website had to pass that silent evaluation — in Arabic first, at the tier of the platforms Upward partners with.

Decisions

Three decisions that set the vendor tier

Arabic by default.

The canonical site is Arabic; English sits behind a toggle. One type family carries both scripts at matched weight, so the brand stays one voice either way.

The partner ecosystem as proof.

Odoo, Microsoft, Google, Salesforce, Procore and ERPNext sit as one capability row above the fold — six logos, equal weight. The buyer sees a partner fluent in the platforms they run.

Own products, surfaced as catalogue.

Upward ships its own Real Estate, Facility and Construction modules. We gave them a dedicated Products surface, separate from Services, so the buyer can engage a consultancy or a product vendor.
