1. Who we are

This website is run by Digilayers Inc., a Canadian company ("we", "us").

2. Using the site

You may browse the site, read it and share links to it. Please don't:

• break, overload or try to get around the site's security;
• send spam, harmful code or false information through our forms;
• copy large parts of the site, or use our content to pass yourself off as us.

We may block anyone who misuses the site.

3. Our content

The words, designs, videos and graphics on this site, the Digilayers and aiLayers names and logos, and Dee, our mascot, belong to Digilayers Inc. You may quote small parts with a link back to us. Anything more needs our written permission.

4. Client work

The client work on this site is shown as examples of what we build. Client names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners. Links to client sites and preview copies go to sites we don't control, which may have changed since we built them.

5. The Missing Layer

• It's free, and asking for one doesn't commit you to anything.
• It's our honest opinion, based on public information on the day we looked. Websites, search results and AI answers change, so findings may not stay true.
• It's general guidance on your website and marketing, not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.
• We make a limited number each month and may decline a request, for example when there is too little public information to review.
• We don't publish your video or use it in our marketing without your written permission.

6. No promises about results

Nothing on this site promises rankings, traffic, leads, bookings or mentions in AI answers. Those depend on many things no one controls. We promise the work we agree to in writing.

7. The site is not an offer

Our service descriptions are general and don't form a contract. When you hire us, our written proposal and agreement set out what we do. If they differ from this site, the written agreement wins.

8. Other websites

We link to other websites for your convenience. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

9. The site "as is"

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is", without warranties, as far as the law allows.

10. Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, Digilayers Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, that come from using this site or the free Missing Layer video. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be limited, including in Quebec.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.
