Digilayers Social: terms of service

Last updated: October 31, 2026

The terms for using Digilayers Social. By connecting your accounts or using the dashboard, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Digilayers Social is run by Digilayers Inc., a Canadian company ("we", "us").

2. What the service does

Digilayers Social prepares posts, replies and ads for your business, shows them to you for approval, and publishes the ones you approve on the Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp accounts you connect. Your written agreement or plan with us sets out what is included and what it costs.

3. Your accounts

  • You must be allowed to manage the Pages, accounts and ad accounts you connect.
  • You keep ownership of your accounts, your content and your followers.
  • You are responsible for what you approve. Check prices, offers, claims and photos before you approve them.
  • If a post shows a customer's photo, name or story, you must have that person's consent before you approve it.

4. Meta's rules

Everything we publish also has to follow Meta's terms, Community Standards and advertising policies. Meta may refuse, remove or limit content or ads, or restrict an account, and we can't control those decisions. If a post or ad breaks a rule we know of, we tell you before it goes out.

5. Ads and messaging costs

Ad spend and WhatsApp message fees are paid by you, to Meta, with your own payment method. They are not part of our fee unless your agreement says so.

6. What we don't promise

We don't promise followers, reach, leads, bookings or sales. Those depend on many things no one controls. We promise the work set out in your agreement.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use the service to send spam, mislead people, make claims you can't support, or break any law or Meta policy. We may pause or close an account that does.

8. Ending the service

You can disconnect your accounts or stop the service at any time; your agreement sets any notice period for fees. When you leave, we delete your data as our Digilayers Social privacy policy describes.

9. Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, Digilayers Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, or for actions Meta takes on your accounts. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be limited, including in Quebec.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. We email you before a change that affects your service applies.
