Delete your Digilayers Social data

Option 1: Remove us in Facebook

1. On Facebook, open Settings and privacy, then Settings.
2. Open Business integrations.
3. Find Digilayers Social and click Remove.
4. Confirm.

We stop using your accounts at once, delete your access token at once, and delete the data we read from your accounts within 30 days.

Option 2: Ask us

Email legal@digilayers.ca from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my data". Tell us which business or Page it's about. We confirm by email within 10 business days, with a confirmation code you can use to check the status.

What we keep

Only records the law requires, such as invoices. Nothing we read from your Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp accounts.
