Who owns the site if we part ways?

You own everything — the domain, the code, the content, and the accounts. That includes full admin access from day one, not a view-only login. All of it is exportable, and there is no proprietary CMS. If we part ways, the site and every login stay with you and keep working without us.

We've already been burned by agencies. Why are you different?

We won't answer that with adjectives. What's different is structural and in writing: the research happens before any quote, the brief and quote arrive in writing with no pitch call, you hold admin access and ownership from day one, retainers run a 90-day initial term, then month-to-month.
