Website subscription · for new and single-location practices

A custom website, paid monthly — and yours in the end.

We research, design, write, host, and maintain your site for one monthly fee — with the exit in writing from day one: the site, the content, and the domain end up fully yours.

  • No big build cost upfront — one predictable monthly fee
  • The exit terms are written down — code, content, copy, and domain transfer to you at no charge
  • Built on buyer research, not a template

The problem

Pay-monthly websites have a catch.

Cheap to start is the whole pitch. What matters is what happens when you want out — and who does the work in between.

The $99-a-month trap

Cancel one of those plans and find out what you actually owned: not the site, not the content, sometimes not even the domain. Everything you paid for stays behind.

DIY eats your evenings

A builder subscription is cheap because the site is on you — the design, the words, the updates, the fixes. So it sits half-done while you run the practice.

Cheap sites all look the same

Template mills ship the same site with a different logo on it. Nothing on the page says why you — so the people comparing keep comparing.

What you get

What this plan gets you.

01

An exit that's safe

The exit terms are in writing from day one. At the end of the term — or sooner, via a buyout — the site transfers fully: code, content, copy, and domain, at no charge.

02

Zero homework

We design, write, host, update, and fix — you review and approve. Hours, staff, services, photos: send a request and it's handled, every month.

03

A site that earns its keep

Built from research into how your patients choose — so the page answers why you, and searches turn into enquiries instead of comparisons.

Our work

Custom-designed, every time.

Each site is built from scratch around its own buyers — these are builds for businesses the size of yours.

The plan, in plain terms

Everything is written down before you sign.

One monthly fee covers the build, hosting, security, backups, basic SEO, a monthly article, and unlimited small updates. Plans run on a 12-month or 24-month commitment, billed monthly in advance — and the exit terms are part of the agreement, not a negotiation later.

Reply within 24 hours A written brief in 5 business days No pitch One monthly fee, nothing upfront Yours at the end of the term, at no charge

You own it at the end

At the end of the term the site is fully yours — code, content, copy, and domain transferred at no charge.

Leaving early is clear

Plans run on a fixed term. If you leave before it ends, the remaining commitment is settled in one payment and the site transfers fully.

Upgrade later, with credit

Want a bigger build down the road? Most of what you've paid applies as credit toward a project. We show you the math when you're ready.

FAQ

The details, in plain terms.

Cost, ownership, and what happens when you leave — answered before you start.

The exit terms are in writing before you sign
The site becomes fully yours at term end
Hosting and care every month, no gaps
Who owns the site?
You do at the end of the term — code, content, copy, and domain are transferred to you at no charge, and you can reach full ownership sooner through a buyout. The site is standard WordPress, with no proprietary CMS — once it transfers, it keeps working without us.
How much does it cost?
One monthly fee covers everything in the plan — the build, hosting, security, backups, basic SEO, a monthly article, and unlimited small updates. The fee is quoted on a written brief, because practices vary. Send a message and you'll have it in five business days, free, with no pitch call.
How are the plans and billing set up?
The plan runs on a 12-month or 24-month commitment. One monthly fee covers the build, hosting, security, backups, basic SEO, a monthly article, and unlimited small updates. It's billed monthly in advance, with the first month due on signing.
What if I want to leave early?
Plans run on a fixed term. On the annual plan, the remaining months are settled in one payment and the site transfers fully. The two-year plan carries a sixteen-month minimum, after which you can leave at any time with no penalty.
Is this one of those $99 website schemes?
It's the same monthly shape with the opposite exit. On those plans you rent forever and leave with nothing. Here the exit terms are in writing from day one, and the site — code, content, copy, and domain — ends up yours at no charge.
Why not just build it myself on Wix for $130 a year?
If you have the time and you like writing, Wix is the cheapest option and it works. What this plan buys is everything else: the research, the message, the design, the writing, and the monthly upkeep — done for you while you run the practice.
Do reviews matter more than a website?
Reviews are how people build the shortlist — the website is what they check next. 8 of 10 look at both before choosing. The reviews get you considered; the site is what turns considered into a call.
What if I miss a payment?
A reminder goes out first. If a payment is two months past due, the site is paused and your data kept safe — and restored within a business day once the account is current.
