What drove the design
- 01
Cost is the first question. So direct billing and the CDCP sit on the first screen, then get a section of their own.

Nerves stop the call. A calm section says the patient sets the pace, before the form asks for anything.

More implant and aligner patients. Each treatment the clinic wants more of has its own page, one tap from the menu.
